Topping Rose House
Since there off-season opening in the winter of 2012-2013, the Topping Rose House has been fully dedicated to local, sustainable and organic food. The Growing Seed has been a a part of that since the beginning, leading the management of their own private vegetable garden, which supplies the Topping Rose Restaurant with a large amount of their produce.
